Shipping policy

 

1. The products will be shipped daily, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, in cooperation with a courier to the address you have indicated when ordering (either online or by phone), upon agreement with them (with the shipping company). The signature on the relevant receipt form and the ID card are necessary to receive the parcel.
2. “Instantly available” products are shipped within two (2) business days, and if a product is not “instantly available”, delivery time is expected to be up to seven (7) business days for orders within Greece and up to nine (9) business days for orders outside Greece. You will always be informed about the progress of your order via email (s) or mobile phone (sms) or even phone call, if needed.
3. In any case, the delivery time of the product is subject to reservations for cases of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.), where you will be notified by email or mobile phone (sms) ) or by phone call to indicate if you would like to complete your order under these circumstances.
4. For orders there are the following charges including VAT and fuel costs (for overseas shipments):

a) For orders shipped within Greece, the charge is 5€.
